Grab a book, win a prize…LITERACY WEEK is Jan. 23-27
Schools across the state will be celebrating Literacy Week Jan. 23 – 27. Here at Edgewood there will be a week’s worth of special events in the Media Center. At each event, students will have a chance to win tickets they can exchange for prizes such as candy, snacks, free books, and more!
Monday, Jan. 23
Book Your Match – Can you match Edgewood teachers and staff with their favorite book? Give it a try to win tickets!
Tuesday, Jan. 24
Book Your Ticket – Stop by the Media Center to guess how many books it holds.
Wednesday, Jan. 25
Book Your Travel – Wear a shirt from your favorite travel destination and stop by the library (after testing) and show your shirt to get your ticket.
Thursday, Jan. 26
Book Your Face – Stop by the library to create a “Book Face” picture. Every pic gets 2 tickets!
Friday, Jan. 27

Your donation will support the student journalists of Edgewood Jr/Sr High School. Your contribution will allow us to purchase equipment and cover our annual website hosting costs.
